Condo Policies
Security Deposits
A deposit of $300 for each condo rented is required at the time of booking the reservation and may be only made by major credit card. Your dates are not confirmed until the deposit is confirmed.
The deposit is applied towards the total rental amount, which is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Change/Cancellations
All reservations that are not paid in full within sixty (60) days of the check-in date will be cancelled and all advance payments will be forfeited.
Reservations cancelled greater than sixty (60) days prior to check-in date will receive a full refund of any advance payments, minus $75 cancellation fee.
Check-In/Check-Out
Easy Check-in! Bahia Delfin has a full service rental office on the premises. The check-in process includes a simple guest registration and picking up your keys. The front desk will be notified of your arrival.
To avoid additional charges, please follow the check-in and check out times listed both below and in your confirmation package to avoid interrupting maintenance, cleaning, and/or inspection personnel working hard to ensure your property meets our quality standards.
Check-in is 4 P.M. MST and check out is NO LATER THAN 11:00 A.M. MST. Please be respectful of these times as cleaning / maintenance crews are required to follow strict scheduling.
How Are the Condos Furnished?
All the condos have fully equipped kitchens, coffee makers, dishwashers, microwave ovens, TV/DVD players, central heat and air conditioning, telephones, washer & dryer, a blender, an iron and ironing board, linens and towels that are to be used in the unit only. There are limited numbers of beach chairs to take down to the sand. You should bring your own beach towels and sun umbrellas with you.
Cleaning
The condos are cleaned prior to your arrival as well as after your departure. No daily maid service is provided. Renters are responsible for the cleaning of the unit during their stay and for leaving the unit in good condition at check-out. If units are found abnormally dirty at check-out, additional charges can be withheld from the security deposit to assist in performing a deep cleaning of the unit.

Rate & amenities at Bahia Delfin are subject to change without notice.
Rates do not include cleaning fees.
Rates do not include sales tax.
Questions/Complaints
On site Bahia Delfin management will be available to handle check-in, give you keys, answer questions, provide directions and deal with complaints. In case of a maintenance problem, management will strive to have the problem repaired as soon as possible after being notified. However, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen failures such as the supply of electricity, water, pool filtration systems, air conditioning, telephone, television or cable service, appliances, etc. It is guest's obligation to report any problems or damage immediately to management.
As the owner we are always striving to provide you with the highest quality accommodation and look forward to your repeat business. Let us know of anything we can do to improve your comfort while in our condos.
Pets
Absolutely no pets are allowed in rental units. Your security deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged additional for cleaning and a flea spray treatment if any evidence of a pet(s) is found in your unit.
Violation of the No Pet policy will result in immediate eviction and collection of damage deposit.
Smoking
Absolutely no smoking is allowed in rental units. If you do smoke, please be sure to smoke outside and dispose of all cigarette butts safely in an ashtray.

Renter Responsibility
It is the responsibility of guests to report any damage to the unit within 24 hours of check-in to avoid additional fees. Guests who report damage or loss at the time of check out will be held accountable for missing or damaged items.
Guests are responsible for the property, its contents, and themselves during occupancy. Guests must lock windows and doors securely when not on the premises. Rearranging the furniture or removing any items from the unit is prohibited.
The renter acknowledges that management, property owners, and employees do not carry personal liability insurance and can not be held responsible regardless of fault, for any accident, loss, damage or injury suffered by the renter, members of their party or any other guests which the renter or their party have allowed access to the property, regardless if said loss is a result directly or indirectly from acts of god, danger incident to the sea, any body of water, fire, breakdown of machinery, equipment, acts of government or other authorities, delays or cancellations of or changes in itineraries or schedule or from acts of omission of any airline.
Furthermore, the renter will release and hold harmless any and all parties involved with the rental, management, and reservations of the property and to release and hold harmless it's owners or representatives for any loss or damage to personal property or for any injury and/or death.
Representatives of management or owners may enter the premises at any reasonable time to make repairs. Management will not be held responsible for acts of theft or vandalism or other damages to the guest personal items left in the unit. Neither management, nor the owner is responsible for personal items left on the premises by guest upon departure.
Units may not be sublet.
